Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. About this policy

This policy describes information handled in connection with AraInfoTech’s website and AraInfoTech Messaging, an integration being developed and tested to connect business applications with the WhatsApp Business Platform. The integration supports business communications such as invoice and bill delivery.

AraInfoTech operates the integration. A shop or business using it manages its customer relationship and decides which communications to request. For questions about a purchase or a shop’s records, please contact that business as well.

2. Information involved

  • Contact information you provide, such as a name, email address or phone number.
  • Business and account identifiers used to connect the integration, including WhatsApp Business account and phone number identifiers.
  • Customer contact details, invoice or bill information and PDF attachments supplied by the connected business.
  • Incoming message content, sending records, message identifiers, delivery statuses, timestamps and technical error records.

The current website enquiry form prepares a draft in your browser; it does not submit the enquiry to AraInfoTech automatically. If you send the draft to us, we receive the information you choose to share. Website hosting providers may process technical request information when serving the website.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, connect the relevant business account, send requested communications, route incoming messages, record message outcomes, investigate technical issues and support the service. Any promotional communication should follow the customer permissions and applicable platform requirements for that use.

4. Sharing and service providers

Messages and attachments sent through the integration are transmitted to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and to the intended recipient. Hosting, connectivity and other infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver the service. A connected business has access to its own customer communications and transaction records. Providers and recipients may hold their own copies under their respective practices.

5. Storage, retention and protection

The service is currently in testing. Application databases retain message and transaction-related records used by the integration. Access credentials are configured on the server and should not be included in public pages, messages or support requests.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record and the connected business’s requirements. Deletion requests are assessed for records under AraInfoTech’s control, taking account of any applicable recordkeeping or dispute-related requirements. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with the service, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant business. For unwanted communications, contact the sending business; WhatsApp also provides its own blocking and reporting controls.

See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process. Deleting data controlled by AraInfoTech does not automatically remove messages from recipients’ devices or records independently controlled by Meta or a connected business.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
